When it comes to working, pretty much everyone has to do it (almost everyone!), but when it comes to you loving what you do or just showing up each day that’s a different issue. Luckily the website, PayScale, put out a study recently that will help you find the perfect job that you actually want to show up for! It seems that if you find the right company, Monday mornings won’t be quite as bad.
The companies that made this list ranked high in pay, happiness, and more. It seems that Tech companies came out on top for this year’s list with Facebook and Google leading the charge. To create the list, companies in the 2014 Fortune 500 list were ranked using PayScale’s salary and survey database. Final ranking was determined by multiplying six main metrics: high job satisfication, low job stress, ability to telecommute, high job meaning, experienced median pay, and of course, salary.
